How would this be translated into French?

It is defined as being: trivial and mundane administrative tasks conducted by managers designed to increase the overall ineffectiveness of an organization

Example in English: It is hard to deal with administrivia.

I think in French, one would have to resort to something like:

Il est difficile de faire face aux tâches administratives banales.

Merci d'avance pour vos conseils ou suggestions.

I think that this word is so new that it is probably best to leave it in English until it becomes more widely used. I believe this word appears in the Urban Dictionary - not sure there is an equivalent in French of that interesting resource!
