Adverb blessed

"Microsoft® Encarta® 2009" reads
Blessed (adjective, adverb) used informally to add emphasis in an expression of annoyance: She wouldn't say a blessed thing about it.

Can somebody add an example of its adverbial use?

Whereas "damned" may be used as an adverb -That's a damned good burger! - "blessed" isn't used in a similar way, even though "blessed" is sometimes used as a euphemism for "damned" (adjective): Get that blessed cat out of here; I'm allergic to them.
