Advertisement showed up at 20% of the video

Advertisement showed up at about 20% of the video. Meaning: if the video is 5 min long, the advertisements showed up at 1:00.

Does my sentence make sense? If not, how to reword it?

The advertisement appeared 1 minute into the video  or The advertisement appeared after one-fifth of the video had been played.
Thank you! What if I want to say that the advertisement should show up by the time 20% of it has been played and say it in a short/informal way?

Is there a way to say it with the percentage? Would "at 20%" work in an informal conversation? If not, would it be a shorter way to say it?
