Hello there :),,

All of them are about internal feeling of human.

I find them quite similar.

For instance ; <This movie is so Affective / emotional / touching.>

Could anyone help me?

    The movie was touching is the usual way of saying this. The actors in the movie were very emotional, the movie itself was not emotional. People have emotions, not things.
    I would not use affective here, even though the movie could arouse my emotions. It is not a word you hear a lot, probably because it sounds so much like effective.
