I`d like to have this tattoo.
Can you please say me if this means "solidarity" in Farsi or Dari and if I can ink it this way?

I would say:
unify-come togther - join ( for "یک جا شدن " ).

Is یک جا شدن the preferred way to express this idea either in Standard Persian or Dari?

This form, I know, can be used both as a verb (to be together) and as a noun. But the following too are used:

solidarity = ittiHaad / etteHaad اتّحاد, hamkaarii ھمکاری, hambastagii ھمبستگی, baham piiwastagii بہم پیوستگی etc.

What about these?

"یک جا شدن " can not be found or heard in daily conversation in Iran. It is the literary form of "come together" , "join" , "unify". I like this word because it's a good poetic word.
PS your synonyms are great. I like hambastegi too.

Interestingly, in Urdu too we use this, and with the same meaning: یک جا ہونا yak jaa hona ( ہونا hona = شدن shudan).

Anyway, I'll leave the choice to german09.
