Hello,
We need to relax ourselves occasionally. After all, “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.”
Is it right to use quotation marks in the above sentence and does the proverb “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.” need to start with a capital letter?
I look forward to your reply.
Thanks.

Your sentence is correct. Yes, it should use quotes. Yes, it is a full sentence so it starts with a capital letter and ends with a period.
