I know that " within certain period of time of something" is correct. For instance, Within 5 days of your return. If I want to talk about after 5 days for example after 10 days or 15 days can I use the same style and say"

" Please contact us after 15 days OF your arrival." Meaning that not sooner than 15 days .

Appreciated

I'm sorry but that doesn't work.

    I would say:
Please contact us 15 days after your arrival.

To me, "please contact us 15 days after your arrival" means I must contact you on the 15th day exactly. it's a bit tricky to craft a clear and natural sounding sentence. Here is a stab or two at it:

Please contact us no sooner than 15 days after your arrival.
Please wait at least 15 days after your arrival before contacting us.
Please contact us 15 days after your arrival or anytime after that.
