Agenda is a Latin word often used in the English speaking business world to describe a list of topics to be discussed at a meeting. Strictly speaking, it is plural, with each item of the list constituting a separate 'agendum'. However, in practice, 'agenda' tends to be used as a singular. It is also used in everyday speech, although usually to refer to someone's ambitions, often secret ambitions, hence the expression 'hidden agenda'.

I certainly have heard agenda used in the way egueule noted. I'd call it a planner, myself.
