agreement over practices for/in next five years

I wrote: 'As part of the settlement, Shire entered into a corporate agreement with the US Department of Health and Human Services over its marketing practices for the next five years', but I feel something is wrong here. I meant that the agreement concerns Shire's marketing practices in the next five years; would in be better here?

I think "for the next five years" is correct. That expresses the meaning that the agreement is to apply throughout the next five years.
