Hi all everywhere!!!!
I go on with this agreement (written in Chinese first) and I keep on finding obstacles to provide a correct translation for the text.
Could anyone tell me whether this phrase is correct in English?:
"XXX shall not be entitled to pledge or in any way charge by way of security any products which remain the property of XXX".
Who is the brave one who attempts to offer a translation for it?
Many thanks in advance!! Eugin
