Hi,

I'm translating a menu (not really my forte) and I’m stuck with a few things, so I’ll ask you good people. Here’s one of the courses:

Salame nostrano al balsamico

I’ve currently got "Locally produced balsamic salami". However, that would be the same as "salame balsanico nostrano". Is "il balsamico" another way of saying "l'aceto balsamico"? I get that impression from searching around, but I'm not sure.
