All dialects: Woe is me!

    The two expressions ('woe is me' in the title and 'alas for me' in the OP) don't mean the same thing, do they?
    Woe is me expresses sorrow and distress while Alas for me expresses regret.
    For woe is me!, in Tunisian, in addition to the expression contributed by @tounsi51 (which, for me sounds typically female) we do use يا ويلي especially in the expression يا ويلي يا طول ليلي (same ironic and humorous usage)
    Alas for me would be expressed by يا خسارة
