In an agreement, does "due net + number" always mean the number of days? It confuses me because it doesn't say "forty five days", just forty five.

all payments will be due net forty five (45) from the date of invoice

    I assume this must be a typing error.
    The usual expression would be "...due net 45 (forty-five) days from the date of invoice.
