Watching tutorial for an audio programme on youtube I heard the next thing from the speaker in his introductory speech:
"I have been crazy busy helping so many people, up and coming voice talents, setting up home studios, performance training, all the way to finding work outside of the hamster wheel that is the pay-to-play website."
As I understand he means that he was all the way busy helping people besides doing lots of things at his pay-to-play website? However, isn't above highlighted "to" in the phrase "all the way to finding work outside" unecessary?
