I am translating Pariah by Bob Fingerman, but I am having problems translating shit all up .
Please, can anyone help me?

“The Comet. I’m conducting some scientific Frankenstein shit all up in this bitch. Who was onto Mona’s drug therapy? The Comet. Who knew the humps were falling apart? The Comet.”
My attempt:
—El Cometa. Estoy llevando a cabo algunas movidas científicas al estilo de Frankenstein con este cabrón. ¿Quién estaba al tanto de la terapia con fármacos de Mona? El Cometa, ¿quién sabía que los muertos vivientes se estaban desmoronando? El Cometa.

    I think, shit refersrs to "some scientific Frankenstein" while all up refers to "in this bitch"...

    Saying he's doing some kind of shitty experiment...

    Otra opción, "estoy haciendo mierdas/movidas tipo Frankenstein con este cabrón" (supongo que el contexto explicará que es lo que está haciendo).

    Así es. En el habla popular se emplean giros como grados de intensificación. En este caso, el punto de partida es "(in) here":

    Ej. (en un antro) "There's a bunch of people in here!!"

    Luego se le va agregando:

    "UP in here: There's a bunch of people up in here!"

    Se sustituye "this bitch" por "in here", con el sentido de "in this fucking place", "en este quilombo", "en esta putería":

    "There's a bunch of people up in this bitch!" Se vuelve bastante fuerte la oración. Ultimo grado de intensificación: se agrega "all":

    "There's a bunch of people all up in this bitch!"

    Miento--la oración se puede volver aún más fuete (y chistosa) con dos sustituciones más. Es que maldecir bien es todo un arte. Se suplantan los dos sustantivos 'bunch' y 'people' por palabrotas:

    "There's a shitload of people all up in this bitch!" Luego, en vez de 'people':

    "There's a shitload of motherfuckers all up in this bitch!"

    Mentiras de nuevo, porque agregándole al inicio 'damn' o 'goddamn', más fuerte aún:

    "(God)damn, there's a shitload of motherfuckers all up in this bitch!"

    Al último, los que de veras tienen talento decide ponerle énfasis donde no cabe: o en "ALL UP" o en "IN".
