Hola! No sé cómo traducir alloparent... Does the word even exist in Spanish?

Here's the context:
"The responsive-parenting characteristics are part of a larger set that characterized early life experience: breastfeeding (...) multiple adult alloparents, extensive free play with multiple aged mates..."

    Primero entendamos qué es: ...literally, alloparent means “other-parent”. More precisely, it means any conspecific (or in some cases interspecific) that acts as a parent to young that is not their own. Care given by these surrogates is called “allocare”.
