Which option is correct? Why?

Our Western society is so deeply divided between these 2 options that almost nobody/almost anybody can conceive another way of life.

    The whole sentence is rather strange: you have used the terms "these two options" and "conceive another way of life" as if they were interchangeable - we don't know what the options are, or if the options are "a way of life".

    People think that there are only two options, two ways to approach life and people are divided between these 2 options. Nobody can think of a different approach.

    Our Western society is so deeply divided between these 2 options that almost nobody/almost anybody can conceive another way of life.
