I'm trying to find the german translation for the sentence: "Alone against myself. Can someone help me?

A literal translation would be "Allein gegen mich selbst." (That of course leaves room for interpretation as does the English phrase.)

Ok, so "Allein gegen mich" is uncorrect. "Selbst" is absolutely essential after "mich" ?

I'd say that 'allein gegen mich selbst' sounds more natural and idiomatic.
To give you another example: There is a book by Reinhold Messner called "Allein gegen sich selbst."

If you don't include the word "selbst", the "allein" could be interpreted as referring to another person. Indeed, it probably would be interpreted that way, because the listener/reader would assume that if the other case was intended, you would have added the word "selbst"...
