Hello, Alpine Central is a lodge in a famous ski resort in Australia. Could you please give a hint as to why Central, an adjective, comes after a noun, i.e. Alpine?

Thanks!

PS: Also, what connotations does the name carry?

People can choose any name they wish for a building. This lodge is called Alpine Central at the owner's choice.

Central, as the word describes the lodge, means that it is situated in or near the centre of the ski resort.

We have a London underground station named Finchley Central because it is at the centre of Finchley.
