    Hello, my opinion:

zutto ---- always, for a long time
Ano hito wa zutto koko ni imasu ----- that person always stay here

    itsumademo ------ always, eternally
itsumademo ai shiteiru yo! ---- I'll love you forever

kore kara ------ after this ( sono ato ---- その後)
gyuunyuu wo tabeta, sore kara dekakemashita ---- I ate milk, later I gone out.

Bye ( Sorry for my english)

Ate some frozen milk? :D I would rather drink some because I am always in a hurry. I would replace "tabeta" with te-form of nomu, to drink.

    gyūnyū-o nonde, sore-kara dekake mashita.
    牛乳を飲んで、それから出かけました。
