Merhaba!

Gied the sentense (from "uç domuz yavrusu")
Bu kurnazca fikri sayesinde amacına ulaşacaktı.
Ok, the meaning is clear. But aim is amaç. I would say amaca ulaşacaktı. Why IN is here? It's not like YOUR aim in hedefIN, looks like N a buffer letter? But why amaç appended with both -ı nad -a?

    It’s his/her goal.

What is the context? Where did you find this sentence?

This sentence cannot be formed as "O amaca ulaşacaktı" in Turkish.

It should be indicated that the goal is his as we are talking about a certain person and his goal.

Bu kurnazca fikri sayesinde amacına ulaşacaktı = Thanks to his/her subtle idea, he/she would attain his/her goal.

Note the difference between "his/her goal" and "the goal"
