Hello,
I'm trying to translate a warantee card of an iron. I would be very grateful if you tell me whether the following sentence sounds natural - especially the "Amica appliance" phrase. (did I use the articles correctly?)

"In case of any problems connected with using Amica appliance, our Service Centre will provide you with quick and fully professional help."

You need a determiner for "Amica appliance".
You could say "... with using the Amica appliance...", or "... with using your Amica appliance...".
