    They're saying that "processing marine and land-based aggregates" is work they have secured via contract with Lafarge Aggregates Ltd and Tarmac Southern Ltd. They are providing this as one example of the multiple contracts they have secured with companies. In other words, "amongst" is not qualifying "we."

    I don't find this sentence to be grammatical, though.
