An apology letter

Senior Member
Hello everyone!

I'd like to know your opinion on the following.

Just now I'm writing an apology letter to one of the company's customers for the wrong delivery of office supplies. I'm trying to say the below-mentioned:

We will do our best to satisfy your office supplies needs in a short time.

Does this make sense? If not, what exactly would you correct?

Thank you!
