Let's say my phone number is like: 555-550-588 it's simple and easy to remember and my address is like: sunset boulevard number 101.

How would I describe my phone number or my address?

    My phone number is really(...)
    My address is(...)

when I thought about it, catchy came to my mind, but I searched and realized that catchy is not used with phone number, nor it is used with address.

I would just use "easy" or "simple." :)

It would be even easier for my age if it was "77 Sunset Strip". Then you could sing it . :D

Just say "easy to remember". I know of nothing that is a single idiom for it.

Catchy is usually correlated to expressions or tunes - that's a catchy tune, for example.
