It's this sentence,
"It’s likely that nobody actually enjoys putting
together these slide packs, but when they’re done, along with
exhaustion, the team understandably feels an enormous sense of pride and ownership."

I am not sure of "ownership" here.
Pleasure? Authority?

    They own it in the sense they are responsible for its final form. It only exists because of them. Other people may use it but they know they created it and they are proud of how it came out.
