ancrer des savoir-faire (encrer (sic))

    I understand that "encrer" means to ink something...
    but what does "encrer ces savoir-faire dans la pratique commercial" refer to?
    This happens after personnel training.
    Does "encrer" refer to "imbibe" here?

    Ha ha. Actually it's a spelling mistake: it should be "ancrer": does it make more sense? :)
