    Hello

I am wondering whether this sentence makes sense

    Context:

My friend is sick. She’s lying in bed. She says she wants to be able to get up and do something.

    I tell her:

Don’t worry. Before you know it you will be/ are running around again.

“Will be running around again” is better correct?

"You will be [you'll be]" is correct but something like "You'll soon be up and about again" is probably more idiomatic.
