Would you say "e così via" or "e via dicendo" in Italian in a formal situation? I don't think it's very polite! It's not a linguistic question. This sounds better to my ear:

"I want to thank Mr and Mrs XX, Mr Y and all my other hosts".

    Hi,
I agree with Einstein's opinion, but I think "guests" is more correct than "hosts" in this context. Bye!

Hmmm... good point! It depends. The guests are those who you invited, the hosts are those who invited you. I don't know which karunavera has in mind!

So what would be best in Italian, in this case? Is there a polite way to say "e così via" in a formal address?

    Grazie mille!

Translating Ein and Sand, I'd say "Bla bla bla, ...nonché tutti gli altri nostri ospiti".
"Ospiti" is good for either "guests" and "hosts".
