Can I ask you for help? I am confused about using "and therefore" even though I read several threads on this forum. Could you please tell me in which sentences the commas are correctly used?

I like the capital city of England and therefore London.
I like the capital city of England, and therefore London.
I like the capital city of England and therefore, London.
I like the capital city of England, and therefore, London.

This food is oversalted and therefore uneatable.
This food is oversalted, and therefore uneatable.
This food is oversalted and therefore, uneatable.
This food is oversalted, and therefore, uneatable.

I like the capital city of England and therefore am going to visit it soon.
I like the capital city of England, and therefore am going to visit it soon.
I like the capital city of England and therefore, am going to visit it soon.
I like the capital city of England, and therefore, am going to visit it soon.

I like the capital city of England and therefore I am going to visit it soon.
I like the capital city of England, and therefore I am going to visit it soon.
I like the capital city of England and therefore, I am going to visit it soon.
I like the capital city of England, and therefore, I am going to visit it soon.

Thank you

I would not use the first group of sentences.

For all the others, I can only say that comma rules are many and varied (I remember, when I was putting together a presentation, finding a writer's handbook for college composition students that included 27 pages of comma rules.) In addition, people do not always agree (just take a look at the debate over the "Oxford comma."

The main thing (I tell my students) is to make sure that you are using commas in a way that helps to make your writing as clear as possible. Sometimes too many commas can make an idea harder to understand, sometimes too few commas make a sentence less clear. I find all versions of your sentences (except the first group, which as I said, I wouldn't say) clear and acceptable.
