While Carlson did pen articles on the political climate of the late nineties, he also spent a lot of his time writing articles about squirrels pissing on his roof, how he did all the drugs from Fear and Loathing, and another surely no one clicked on just titled: “Tater Tots”.
Who Is Tucker Carlson? Narrated by Samm Levine, video

Could you grammatically parse the bolded phrase?

I think it's like this:
"and another that surely no one clicked on that is just titled : “Tater Tots”.
(both "that" refer to "another")
And "just" means "simply/merely".

Is my understanding correct?
Thanks.
