Drunker walks to the Kingsman Team, in which one-eyed Harry Fart and Whiskey present in the team.

Drunker: why don't you get out of our bar...before I take out your other one?
Whiskey: Now, is that any way to welcome a visitor from out of town, moonshine?

Is "any" word really needed?

Yes. It cannot just be removed. It could be replaced by "the" or "a", with a slight change of meaning.
As written it is normal, idiomatic English and entirely appropriate to the context.

Is "Drunker" a name? It seems most unusual.
