"Reading is always good for individuals"

"Reading is always good for anyone"

Which of the two sentences is right?

Please give us some context, keilah_5. When would you use these sentences, and what are you trying to say?

I wrote an opinion essay about " A book is always better than the film about it" and one of my statements about that topic was that "reading is always good for people… the more we read, the better our comprehension, writing and vocabulary is"

"Reading is always good for people" is much better than either of the alternatives in your original post.
