Apfelstrüdel/apple strudel

    I'm talking about going to Austria in a questions/answers thing at school and I wondered if there was a specific term for apple strudel, which I think is an Austrian pudding (but could be German).

    This is what I've managed so far (talking to a group of people who might go on holiday to Austria sometime in the future):

    ¿Si vais a Austria, cuando lleguéis allí, que haréis aparte de ir a esquiar?
    Iremos a los restaurantes, y comeremos platos típicos austriacos como ‘Apfelstrüdel’. Este es un postre caliente que consiste en manzanas, masa y crema. Es absolutamente delicioso.

    POr aqui he escuchado el termino ya " Hispanizado " como Estrudel de Manzanas

    It is most commonly called "strudel de manzana."
