Would it be exact to translate n° de l'appelé and n° de l'appelant as called nulmber and caller number?

I'd rather say that n° appelant is calling number, but wait for an English speaker opinion.

It really depends on context, but you could certainly say 'the number (being) called' and 'the number of the caller' respectively.

'Called/calling number' could work, but I'm not sure the meaning of either would be readily apparent unless the terms were situated in a particular context which makes it clear.

Well it is rather a technical text... a user manual for engineers, I think it doesn't have to be elegant, but precise...called/calling number work fine.
