    I would like to translate the following idea:
    "apprendre a faire faire plutot qu'a toujours vouloir tout faire soi meme"

    Would the following be correct:
    "learn how to get things done rather than systematically taking lead"

    Learn how to delegate rather than always do everything yourself.

    "Get things done" in AE has a special connotation. It implies the action of somebody who accomplishes a lot.
