Are Caer/Llevar Interchangeable?

Can someone tell me, please if caer and llevar are interchangeable when it comes to getting along with people? For example:

Nos llevamos bien. Nos caemos bien.

Thank you,
Anne

Sort of, but not quite. I would say llevar is for people you know really well; caer is more for impressions.

For example, you can say me cae bien/fatal/genial/gordo but you cannot use me lleva in that way.

    I'd say:

Nos llevamos bien = We get on well
Nos caemos bien = We're fond of each other

So it's all a matter of how interchangeable you think those are :)

    Cheers.
