    Hello,

In English, you don't need to say "o'clock" when asking if someone is free between three and four.

In French, can you say "Tu es libre de trois à quatre?" (without saying "heures" after trois or quatre) ?

    Merci d'avance

Oui, ça se dit parfaitement à l'oral (la tournure est familière).
