    大家好!

I have a friend on the internet who told me that he's in a different city. How can I say "Are you there for work?" (or "are you there for business?") in Chinese?
(Also, what would be the opposite: Are you there on vacation?)
    Thanks!

    你在那边工作吗?
Are you there for work/business? (Without a context, 在那边工作 often implies long term, regular work)

    你在那边出差吗?
Are you there on a business trip?

    你在那边度假吗?
    Are you there on vacation?
