Army´s feet pounding on my head

Nuclear Terrorist

Hello guys:

I was listening to a song the other day and I want to know what do you think of the following line:

My heart weigh minimum a ton and army's feet pounding on my head...

It's important for me to know your interpretation...

Thank You in Advance.

Just as "heart weight minimum a ton" is a hyperbolic way of explaining that one's heart is heavy, that one is distressed or grief-stricken, I can only imagine that the feeling of multiple feet pounding one one's head is meant to indicate a high degree of mental distress.

I'd have initially said that this described a very painful headache, but that hardly fits the context of this failed-romance song.
