    Which sound more natural?
    Also, which is grammatically correct?

    I have a headache and fever.
    I have a headache and a fever.

    Both are grammatically correct.

    The first may carry some implication that you think the headache and the fever are related, perhaps caused by the same illness, but there is otherwise no difference.
