Hello, my friends,

I was wondering whether I can use as for this way:

"As for killing people, he doesn't want."

Thoughts and context: There is a bad guy who most people dislikes, but one person says he is not that bad because although he took away other's belonging with force but he does't want to kill them.

No, you can't say that. Want is transitive and requires an object or a complement.
