As I dream about movies they won't make of me when I'm dead

This is a sentence I don't get in the lyrics of Bed of Roses(Bon Jovi)
    The context is as below:

And some blond gave me nightmares,
I think that she's still in my bed
As i dream about movies they won't make of me when i'm dead
With an ironclad fist i wake up and French kiss the morning

    My guess is,
He felt everything is like movie, but so surreal. But why he said dead here?

First, Dear Wen, Bon Jovi probably needed a word that rhymed with "bed". "Dead" does a good job of that. :)

When he's "dreaming about movies they won't make of him when he's dead", he's probably just dreaming about things that will never happen. When famous, important people die, others often make movies about their lives. This is Bon Jovi's way of telling you that he's dreaming about being famous although he really isn't famous.

They make movies of famous people after they die -- they're not going to make movies of him. But he dreams about the movies that will never be made.
