Mi intento:

or Association of the Large-scale Mining Sector

Creo que "Large-scale Mining Sector Association" suena un poquito mejor.

I'm not sure there's a better alternative, given the amount of information that has to be included in the name of the association. But "Association of" definitely sounds a little worse!
