Aspect général de la formation

I am writing a questionnaire about a training for blue collars to evaluate the quality of that training.

I'd like to ask about the "aspect général" of the training. (if it was well balanced between theory and practice, how good was the documentation...).

Can I simply say "general aspect of the training" or is there a better way to say it ?

Thanks !

I'm not sure "blue collars" is used.

If this is a title, then "General" is fine on its own (referring to general points/remarks).

I don't really know about blue collars, it's a word we hear every day in my job, but it could be specific to the company.

Thanks for "General", it's indeed fine on its own.
