In the following paragraph: I'm not sure how to get the highlighted concept across...

Italian:
dal quale si può ammirare uno dei panorami più belli del mondo: ogni sera, quando il tramonto s'infiamma, l'ocra dei palazzi romani e delle cupole risplende ancora di più e "X restaurant's name" diventa un luogo magico in cui assaporare la cucina italiana contemporanea di alto livello e di grande creatività dello Chef X..XX.

My attempt:
Every day at sunset, when the sky is ablaze, the ochre color Roman buildings and domes are lit by the setting sun “X restaurant's name" becomes a magical place in which to savour high quality contemporary Italian dishes revisited by/through the creativity/ creativeness of Chef X..XX(name of chef).

    Ahhh...that tasted good!:D

    My only problem is that "e" before the restaurant's name.
    I'm not really sure how that glues the rest of the phrase together.

    Let's see if one of our Italian friends can help.

    It glues perfectly Tim ;)

    It's exactly a conjunction

    e = and in the sentence

    .....and "Charlie's Chicago Pizza" becomes a magical place in which...etc

    It's just a way of linking "the view" with "Charlie's Pizza".
