    Obligations of the Investor :

"to contribute capital in full and in due time; in case of failure, to be responsible for debts and other asset obligations of the Company"

What is an asset obligation and how do we say in in French?

Thank you in advance for helping

The English expression is unclear and, without further context, requires guessing. One might, for instance, argue that "asset obligations" = "obligations to convey assets of the company to third parties", which would make the given phrase equivalent to " be responsible for all debts and other obligations of the company requiring an alienation [disbursement, severance] of company assets". Other interpretations undoubtedly exist, however.
