"His chronicle pain only responds, at a certain point and for very short/little time, tosome sorts of massotherapy."

Gostaria de me certificar se está correto traduzir o português "até certo ponto e por muito pouco tempo" por "at a certain point and for [a] very little/short time". Será que "very briefly" fica melhor do que "for a very short time"?

    Obrigada :)

    Concordo.
Outra possibilidade seria "to a certain extent and for a very short time".
