Hello everyone,

I would like to help in translating this:

At a more personal level, I find him.....

I translate it such as: personalmente, lo trovo...

I would like any suggestion about it.

Thanks a lot

    You can also say:

    • I see him...
    • He seems to be...
Any and all are correct. It just depends on what verb you want to use.

Hi Aunt Tweety, and welcom to the IE forum!

To be honest, I'm not sure how to interpret the phrase in English.

    1. In my personal opinion, I find him to be very nice.
.....(the personal opinion of the person saying the phrase)

    2. On a personal level, instead of working with him in business, I find him to be very nice.
.....(working with someone "personally" "casually" or "outside of a formal setting")

Can you give us more context?

If I'm not mistaken, the original is the English sentence, which seems slightly odd as it's more common to say (per Tim) "on a more personal level".

Sure, at a more personal level or personally can be translated as personalmente. The English version really just adds more words into the sentence.
