Dear all,

I want to ask about the right preposition in the following context, which I'm writing;

" .....so that the tasks are performed by the subordinates perfectly and at the same time keeping the subordinates morale at/in a satisfactory level."

Thanks in advance :)

    Use the preposition "at" here. Also, you need to place an apostrophe at the end of "subordinates" to indicate that they own the morale.

    "...so that the tasks are performed by the subordinates perfectly and at the same time keeping the subordinates' morale at a satisfactory level."
